Quotes and services
Quotes are free estimates based on the information you provide and may change after we see the space or if the scope of work changes. Final pricing, scheduling and service details are confirmed with you before work begins. We are licensed and insured.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Cleaning by Pinheiro’s Customer Care & Offers.
Program description: When you opt in through our website forms, chat widget, or by texting us, you may receive text messages about quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates and customer care. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Opting in is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

Please provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time and let us know about any special instructions, pets, or fragile items in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any part of a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and make it right.

Website content, including text, logos and photos, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission. The website is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
